About

Keystone Design, LLC was founded by Fred Sanguilliano, who came from a family of Italian craftsmen and after a successful career in the business world, decided it was time to return to his roots. He and his wife Nancy launched Keystone Design, LLC in 2003. With a strong desire to return to a time when skilled craftsmen took pride in their work, Fred based Keystone Design on the artesian model used by his ancestors.

Fred hired Turner Prosser in October 2003, shortly after starting his new business. With Fred as his mentor, Turner developed his craft and artesian style over the next several years. In February of 2014, Turner purchased Keystone Design and has continued the tradition started by Fred and Nancy of providing exceptional customer service and a craftsman eye for quality and design. Turner has come by his creativity and flare of design honestly. Dan Prosser, Turner’s father, was a co-owner and landscape designer for Tallahassee Nurseries, Inc. until his retirement in 2001. Turner has received several certifications to enhance his hardscape knowledge and skill. He is a certified installer, designer and trainer with the Interlocking Concrete Paver Institute. Turner’s customer service, quality work and attention to detail have been his trademark in the Tallahassee and surrounding area.
